A social media project in September 2018 positioned on the Instagram Channel Freeda: a digital editorial platform stemming from a strong demand for change to talk about the many ways of being of a contemporary woman. The ten Instagram stories were conceived with the aim of presenting three special products by Scoiattolo – la pasta fresca along with three individuals ready to eat them: 100% Lentil flour FUSILLI, Oriental NOODLES and BIO-Veg GIRASOLI with grilled vegetables. In the stories, Chiara Pagliaccia, the author and host of Freeda, sets about preparing three dishes for lunch with her colleagues. Helping her out is Matteo, one of the two brothers who founded Scoiattolo, with whom she engages in a witty, ironic conversation, set in the company’s kitchen which is where all the products are initially conceived!
