The pasta is tough, made with a mix of Italian durum wheat and soft wheat flour, with only fresh Italian free-range eggs, perfect for cooking directly in the pan in just 5 minutes with 200 ml. of water, a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt; or in classic pot in just 3 minutes.
