The firm taste of goat cheese is balanced by the sweetness of the caramelized onion, slowly stewed with brown sugar and lemon; the result is a unique combination of flavors.
The dough is rigorously made with a special mix of soft wheat flour and durum wheat semolina, processed with Italian fresh eggs.

Cooking time: 3 minutes in a pot over low heat or 5 minutes directly in the pan.

Cooking in a pot
Bring a pot of salted water to the boil, add ravioli and cook for 3 minutes over low heat. Season to taste and serve.
Cooking in a pan
Heat a drizzle of EVO oil (or a knob of butter) in a pan, add 200 ml of water and a pinch of salt. Add Ravioli and cook for about 5 minutes until the water evaporates. Serve immediately.
